Please note that submission of an online application and/or payment of membership dues does not automatically constitute approval or activation of AIPNO membership status. All applications are subject to formal review in accordance with the organization’s Code of Regulations, Code of Conduct policies along with membership review.

As part of the standard governance process, each application may undergo administrative and committee review before final approval is granted. This process is intended to ensure professionalism, ethical conduct, alignment with organizational values, and the association’s integrity. Membership privileges, voting eligibility, committee participation, and representation as an official AIPNO member are activated only after the applicant receives an official written welcome and approval communication from AIPNO.

At present, due to ongoing concerns about misinformation, inappropriate communications, conduct-related matters, and activities that may negatively affect the organization’s reputation and harmony, the President will instate a Membership Review Committee that will carefully review applications and renewals to ensure compliance with organizational standards and expectations.
We respectfully request that individuals refrain from making assumptions regarding membership status prior to formal confirmation from AIPNO. Until written approval is issued, applications should be considered pending review.
